Bonjour!

My name is Aurore Adam and I am from Paris. During a vacation in Montana to visit my twin sister, I fell in love with Bozeman and the people here. It is now my desire to share a little bit of French culture with you by opening a French bakery here.

I have trained in bakeries in Paris and in the Alps, where my family lives. I have learned from the best Baker Chefs, such as Gontran Cherrier, Anthony Courteille, Patrick Dupont or Maximilien Tetard. More than โ€œjust baking,โ€ I have learned how important it is to be passionate about what you are doing every day.

My values are to promote French gastronomy, while promoting local commerce: everything not coming from France will come from local businesses!

I want to create social links with customers, encourage an equitable workplace, and work in the most environmentally friendly way possible by using organic materials, baking without GMOs, and using a zero-waste approach.
