Bonjour! My name is Aurore Adam, I am the owner of Aurore French Bakery. I fell in love with Montana thanks to my twin sister Alison, who has been living here for 5 years. I finally made the move from Paris to Bozeman in order to open an authentic French Bakery here in the Gallatin Valley. I was trained in France and bringing my baking "savoir-faire" to Bozeman was my dream. I started by baking out of my kitchen, attending Farmer's Markets, catering weddings and other events. On July 14th 2023, we officially opened our Brick and Mortar store, in Four Corners, Bozeman. We are still in the early stages and have seen great success selling our products and building our customer base. Now, we are focused on growing and improving every day. If you want to be a part of an exciting new company, this is the job for you.
Our core team is made up of 8 people - bread baker, pastry chef, assistant baker, tourier and barista/cashiers, assistant baker and manager, and manager.
We are proud of our work here and we have a very positive and encouraging culture. That said, working here is seriously HARD work. That means being on your feet for entire shifts, stayed focus on your tasks, cleaning and re-cleaning constantly, and maintaining a positive professional attitude in interactions with customers and staff.
If you are moody, lazy or do not thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments, this is not the job for you.
